Elaine Drouin discovered her passion for sugar flowers while studying in the Patisserie & Baking program at Le Cordon Bleu in 2012. With a foundation in classic techniques, she refined her craft under the guidance of renowned cake artist Maggie Austin. Originally from Maine, Elaine moved to the Atlanta area in 2007 and founded Elaine Drouin Cakes in 2013.
